Oakwood was formed after clearly identifying that there was a demand for a reliable contractor to provide reactive, planned and preventative maintenance services within the commercial & construction insurance sector.
Our Directors have a combined knowledge and over 50 years of experience within the industry, which has established Oakwood as an industry leader within the commercial and construction sector.
At Oakwood, we believe that communication and customer requirements are a priority, ensuring that each and every project is delivered on time, every time, with only the highest possible standard being acceptable.
Our directly employed staff wear branded uniforms and will arrive on-site in a sign-written vehicle. We fully comply with all up-to-date legislation and have achieved Construction Line and Safe Contractor accreditations. We hold full public liability insurance for up to £10 million and employers’ liability insurance for up to £10 million. Where required, we can provide risk assessments and method statements, which are completed by our health and safety officer. Our engineers are DBS checked, carry ID cards, and we have a tracked fleet of vehicles.
